We congratulate our members on their resolve to maintain our terms and conditions and defend the important principle that our members' leave is not for sale.
We note the correspondence from London Underground Ltd, confirming that there will be no proposals to buy our members' annual leave.
We remain vigilant to any attempts by LUL to bring in such proposals, or to consider rest day working for drivers.
We instruct the General Secretary to place in front of us on our before 8 January a report on drivers' Boxing Day 2012 working arrangements.
London Transport Regional Council and branches to be advised.”
I will update members on any developments.
Sincerely
Bob Crow
General Secretary
