Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2018 – Merseyrail
In line with union policy, a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions was submitted to the company. The Regional Organiser has met with them and the following offer has been tabled:-
• An increase of February RPI (3.6%) or £800, whichever is greater.
• An increase of February 2019 RPI or 2.5%, whichever is greater. The flat rate for 2019 for the lowest paid will be agreed once the February RPI figure is announced.
Your National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered this offer and it has instructed me to inform the Company of our acceptance of the offer. This is instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and the back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
