I write to advise you that the referendum of members on the company’s proposals has now concluded with members voting overwhelmingly in favour. Please see the result below: -

Following this result we have informed the company of our acceptance of their proposals which resolves the dispute between us. I want to take this opportunity to thank members for taking part in this referendum.
