BABCOCK RAIL REFERENDA RESULTS

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2018 (BR4/0001/BR)

The Pay referendum has closed and the results are as follows:-

Voting papers returned 149
Voting for Option 1 4
Voting for Option 2 137
Rejecting both options 8

The Company has been informed of your acceptance of Option Two and I have requested that the increase and the back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.

CALCULATION OF HOLIDAY PAY – BABCOCK RAIL (BR4/9/8)

The referendum on the options on how the backdated holiday pay will be calculated has closed and the result is as follows:

Voting papers returned 155
Voting for Option 1 31
Voting for Option 2 123
Rejecting both options 1

This now means that backdated payments will be calculated on the basis of individual patterns of overtime actually worked.
