Further to my letter dated the 10th August 2021 with regards to the above matter, I can now advise you that the referendum has closed and the result is as follows:

Eligible Members: 14
Votes Cast: 8 (57%)
Voting Yes: 5
Voting No: 3
Spoilt: 0

Therefore, the matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee and I have been instructed to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer.
