The union's National Executive Committee has congratulated members on voting positively for industrial action.

Cross Country are fully aware that this union will not be entering into collective negotiations with them until our current dispute is resolved. It seems the company are simply trying to antagonise matters with their hostile approach, as the company has facilitated a meeting with the other trades union without the involvement of the RMT on 11th April 2024.

I have written to the company demanding that the meeting scheduled for 11th April 2024 is cancelled. All meetings regarding collective matters, without agreement of the RMT, will be viewed as a very serious hostile escalation that the RMT will not tolerate.

I will keep members advised of all further developments.

Yours sincerely
