I write to advise you that the ballots have now closed, and the result is as follows:

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of members entitled to vote             21

Number voting ‘Yes’                                        8

Number voting ‘No’                                         5

Your union’s National Executive have noted that the majority of those voting on the first question delivered a No vote and that the vote to take industrial action short of a strike failed to reach the anti-union thresholds.

 

I have been instructed to seek an updated report on this matter from your Lead Officer and will keep members advised of all further developments.
