I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed, and the result is as follows: -

Number of votes cast in the ballot: 8
Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 8
Number of individuals answering “No” to the question: 0
Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned: 0
The union’s National Executive Committee has considered the ballot results and congratulates our members on overcoming the anti-trade union thresholds. The Executive Committee has instructed me to seek an urgent Directors Review of the case with the Assistant General Secretary and Lead Officer.
