Further to my previous correspondence, the referendum on the company’s regrading offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

Number voting YES                 18

Number voting NO                  0

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted your unanimous acceptance of the company’s offer, and members are congratulated on their resolve.

 

For your ease of reference, the accepted offer is:

 

• A grade uplift from grade 7 to grade 8 effective from 1^st November 2023, applied to the box worked.

 

Noting the result, the union's National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance.
