The union’s National Executive Committee has considered the matter and note the above results meet the thresholds imposed due to the anti-trade union laws. The Executive Committee congratulates our members on delivering a mandate for strike action and for action short of a strike.

Therefore, I have been instructed to inform the company that we remain in dispute on this matter and to seek a further update report from the Lead Officer. Once I have received the update report, I will place the matter back before the Executive Committee for further consideration.

I trust this keeps you fully advised on the matter and I will, of course, update you on any further developments, as and when they arise.

Yours sincerely

Michael Lynch

General Secretary
