IMPOSITION OF ROSTERS, TRAIN MANAGERS, WOLVERHAMPTON – AVANTI WEST COAST 

 

Further to my previous correspondence with regards to the above matter, please be advised that the referendum has now closed, and the results are as follows:

 

Eligible to Vote:         54

Votes Cast:               34 (63%)

Voting Yes:               23 (68%)

Voting No:                11 (32%)

 

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee who note the acceptance of the offer by our members. Therefore, I have been instructed to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer and to confirm that we are no longer in dispute on this matter.
