Further to my letter dated the 21st May 2018 with regards to the above matter, I can now advise you that the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:

Total Votes Cast: 204
Voting Yes: 177
Voting No: 27
Spoilt Papers: 0

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee who notes the result in the referendum of our members.

Therefore, I have advised the company of our acceptance of the offer.
