PAY AND CONTRACT MATTERS – EAST MIDLAND RAILWAY

Please be advised that the referendum has now closed and the result is as follows:

Do you accept the company’s proposals?

Total Votes Cast: 154
Voting Yes’: 33
Voting ‘No’: 121

The National Executive Committee has considered the matter and has instructed me to inform the company that you and your colleagues have overwhelming rejected the company’s offer. Therefore, I will now be seeking an urgent meeting with East Midland Railway to discuss improvements and enhancements on the existing offer.
