Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

Total votes cast: 44
Number voting Option One: 3
Number voting Option Two: 39
Reject both Options: 2

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and advised me to inform the company of your acceptance of Option Two.
