The National Executive Committee has considered these results and having consulted with your Lead Officer and Representatives, has taken the decision to inform the Company of our acceptance of the revised T&Cs for Train Presentation Grades only. As previously agreed, that members could opt out on a personal basis, any such revised T&Cs will not be applicable to either Fleet or Service Team Grades.

The Union will now be arranging a further meeting with the Company regarding this matter and to make the necessary changes to the T&Cs to reflect these results, removing the Fleet & Service Team Grade amendments and replacing them with “they remain on their own T&Cs on a personal basis”.

I trust this keeps you advised wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience during these consultations and negotiations.

Yours sincerely
