PROPOSED REVISED TERMS & CONDITIONS – TRENITALIA C2C RAIL

Further to my letter dated the 19th February 2018 where I advised you of the referendum with regards to the company’s final proposed Terms & Conditions for C2C Retail Delivery members. I can now advise you that the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:

Total Votes Cast:              47
Total Voting Yes:              35
Total Voting No:               12
Spoilt Papers:                    0

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee who notes our members’ acceptance of the offer through the referendum. Therefore, I have informed Trenitalia C2C Rail that we accept the offer.
