Further to previous correspondence, the referendum of you and your colleagues has concluded with the following result:-
 
Total Votes Cast    72
Number Voting 'Yes'    63
Number Voting 'No'    9
Spoilt papers    0
 
 
The matter has been considered by your union's National Executive Committee and it has instructed that the company is informed of our acceptance. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
