Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2015 - Stagecoach Basingstoke Drivers
 
In line with Union Policy, a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. An offer has been received from the Company and it is as follows:-
 
•    A flat rate increase of 20p per hour on all hourly rates, effective from 3rd May 2015.
•    The next pay review will be 1st May 2016.
 
The new hourly rates will be:-

0-6 Months Driver (Cont A)    8.63    10.74
6-12 Months Driver (Cont A)    9.20    11.45
12-24 Months Driver (Cont A)    9.92    12.35

0-6 Months Driver (Cont B)    9.54    11.88
6-12 Months Driver (Cont B)    10.11    12.59
12-24 Months Driver (Cont B)    10.68    13.30
24 +(Cont B)    10.84    13.50
Alton College Driver    8.20    8.20
 
Acting on the wishes of you and your colleagues, the Executive Committee has instructed to me inform the Company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
