Further to previous correspondence, the referendum of you and your colleagues has concluded with the following result:-

Total Votes Cast    39
Number Voting ‘Option One’    22
Number Voting ‘Option Two’    5
Reject Both Options    12
Spoilt papers    0

The matter has been considered by your union’s National Executive Committee and it has instructed that the company is informed of your acceptance of Option One. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
