RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2017 – MITIE (MERSEYRAIL CONTRACT)

 

Further to my letter of 14^th March regarding the above, the referendum has concluded with members voting as follows:-

This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer. The Company will be advised accordingly and for your ease of reference, the accepted offer is as follows:-

 

Soft Services (Cleaners & Supervisors) Effective 1st July 2017

£9.50	12p	£9.62	1.3%

 

• Cleaner overtime rate of £11.36 increased to £11.50 (1.2%)
• Supervisor overtime rate of £13.00, no increase proposed

 

Hard Services – Effective 1st July 2017

 

• A 2.5% increase on basic rates of pay.
