Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2018 – DHL (Virgin West Coast Contract)

Further to my previous correspondence on the above matter the pay referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Voting YES 77

Noting the result, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.

Make no mistake, without your resolve to fight for a better deal, the revised pay offer from management would not have been forthcoming and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your solidarity and resilience during this dispute. I would also like to thank the union’s negotiating team for all their hard work throughout this process.
