Further to my previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Total Votes Cast: 365
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 103
Number Voting ‘No’: 261
Spoilt Papers: 0

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered the result and it has instructed that the company is informed of your rejection and that further talks must take place. This instruction has been carried out and I am currently awaiting confirmation of diary dates.
