Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2018 – Heathrow Express

Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concludes and the result is as follows:-

GENERAL GRADES

Total Votes Cast: 82
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 19
Number Voting ‘No’: 63
Spoilt Papers: 0

DRIVER GRADES

Total Votes Cast: 24
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 17
Number Voting ‘No’: 7
Spoilt Papers: 0

Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has instructed me to inform the Company of our acceptance of the offer by the Driver Grades but we reserve the right to re-negotiate this offer should an improved offer be made to any other grades.

Also the NEC has instructed me to inform the Company of our rejection of the offer by the General Grades. Your negotiating team will be pursuing fresh talks with the Company to seek an improved offer for the General Grades and I will keep you advised of further developments in this matter.
