Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2018 – Stagecoach East Midlands
Further to my letter dated 14th December regarding the above, the referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Noting the result, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity. For ease of reference, the pay offer is as follows:-
• An increase of 2.4%, effective May 2018.
• An increase of 2.5%, effective May 2019
Additionally, a 3.2% increase will be applied to the Engineering Fueller/Shunters and Cleaner/Labourer current rate of pay in year one.
• The anniversary date will be May 2020.
• Sickness and holiday pay will increase in line with these offers.
The above offer will continue to address the travelling time for Mansfield staff between Mansfield bus station and the depot. This has been revised from 6 to 5 minutes. Therefore a payment of 5 minutes will be added to all those duties ending Mansfield bus station, requiring the member to travel passenger back to the depot.
