Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2018 – Unipart Rail Crewe

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows: -

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:              46

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                 31               

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                       21

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                        9

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:            1

 

The number of votes cast in the ballot is at least 50% of the number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot.

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:              46

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                 31

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                       22

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                        8

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:            1

                  

The National Executive Committee is currently considering this result and I shall write to you again shortly.
