RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2018 - ODIA

Further to previous correspondence with regards to the above matter, the consultation has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Number of consultative forms issued – 1149
Number of consultative forms returned – 944 (82%)
Number voting to accept – 695 (74%)
Number voting to reject – 249 (26%)

Noting the result, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the Chairman of the ODIA of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
