SERCO LONDON CYCLE HIRE SCHEME

Further to my letter dated 16th July regarding the above, the referendum has concluded with the following result:-

Those Eligible to Vote: 54
Referendum Papers Returned: 17
Spoiled Papers: 0
Those Voting to Accept Option 1: 0
Those Voting to Accept Option 2: 2
Those Voting to Reject Both Options 1 & 2: 15

This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has taken the decision to inform the company of our rejection of the offer. I will keep you advised of all further developments.
