Further to our previous correspondence, the referendum on the improved offer has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Votes Cast: 70
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 63
Number Voting ‘No’: 7
Spoilt Papers: 0

The Company has been informed of our acceptance of the offer and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
