Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2019 – Arriva Rail North

Referring to my previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Papers Returned: 1587
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 397
Number Voting ‘No’: 1190
Spoilt Papers: 0

The National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the result and it has instructed me to hold a ballot for industrial action of you and your colleagues. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your solidarity and your overwhelming rejection of the company’s sub-standard offer.
