Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2019 – Bombardier Crewe
In line with union policy, a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions was submitted to the company. The Lead Officer met with the Company and the following offer was made for Bombardier Crewe CRO:-
• A 2.8% increase, effective 1st January 2019
• A 2.6% increase, effective 1st January 2020
With effect from 1st January 2019, the Zero Absence Payments will apply for calendar years January to December as follows:-
• Year 1 - £50 per annum
• Year 2 - £100 per annum
• Year 3 - £150 per annum
• Year 4 onwards - £150 per annum until such time an absence occurs
The National Executive Committee has considered this matter, noted the report from the Lead Officer and that the above offer has been accepted by the Works Committee, and taken the decision to inform the Company of our acceptance of the offer.
The negotiations for CRD are continuing and I will keep you advised of all further developments.
