Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Votes Cast:              52

Voting ‘Yes’:              0

Voting ‘No’:              52

Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the result and it has instructed that I inform the company of your rejection of the offer and that further talks must take place. This instruction has been carried out and I will keep you advised of further developments.
