Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2020 – Clarke Chapman Facilities Management

Further to previous correspondence, the referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

TOTAL VOTES CAST 31
VOTING ‘YES’ 12
VOTING ‘NO’ 19

Noting your rejection of the company’s offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has considered the matter and has instructed me to hold a ballot for industrial action of you and your colleagues to force the Clarke Chapman Facilities Management back to negotiations so they can table an improved offer which would represent a significant financial increase to your pay and genuine enhancements to your terms and conditions.

In line with the National Executive Committee’s wishes, I have advised the company of your rejection of their offer and I am currently making the necessary preparations to ballot members for industrial action. With this in mind I would be grateful if members would ensure the RMT has the correct contact and employment details for you.
