Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Total votes cast: 40
Number voting "Yes" 31
Number voting "No" 9
Spoilt Papers: 0

Your Union’s National Executive Committee has instructed that I inform the company of your acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
