RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2020/21 – COTA

Referring to previous correspondence, the joint referendum on your pay has concluded and the aggregated result is as follows:-

The combined/aggregated vote of UNITE & RMT members is:-

Voting to accept the offer 51%
Voting to reject the offer 49%

Noting the result, your union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the signatories of members’ acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
