The e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Total Votes Cast 73
Voting ‘Yes’ 52
Voting ‘No’ 21

Your union's National Executive Committee has noted the result and instructed me to advise the company that a dispute situation now exists between our organisations. Additionally, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to seek an urgent meeting with Stadler Rail to discuss this matter.

I am currently carrying out these instructions and will write to you again in due course.
