RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – ALSTOM ILFORD DEPOT (HEAVY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)

Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

TOTAL VOTES CAST: 2
NUMBER VOTING "YES": 2
NUMBER VOTING "NO": 0

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and advised me to inform the company of your acceptance of the offer. This instruction will be carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity. For ease of reference the offer is as follows:-

1.9% increase in the basic rate of pay effective from 1st April 2021
