The referendum of you and your colleagues on the pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and has therefore instructed me to advise the company of this union’s acceptance and I have requested that the company implement this new pay deal and arrange all owed back payments as soon as possible.
