RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – CT4N (NOTTINGHAM COMMUNITY TRANSPORT)

You and your colleagues have rejected the company’s pay offer in a referendum. The result was as follows:

Question: Do you accept the company’s offer?
Total votes cast 37
Number voting YES 6
Number voting NO 31

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted your overwhelming rejection of the offer and has instructed your Regional Organiser to seek further negotiations with Nottingham Community Transport that result in a substantially improved offer being made.

I will of course keep you advised of any further developments which arise in this matter.
