RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – DHL (WELHAM GREEN)

The referendum of RMT members at DHL (Welham Green) has concluded and the result is as follows:

Do you accept the company’s offer?
Number voting YES 45
Number voting NO 28

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted this result and has therefore instructed me to advise the company of our acceptance.

The NEC and I would also like to place on record our thanks to your representatives and Regional Organiser for negotiating this deal, which has proved acceptable to you and your colleagues.

DHL were forced back round the negotiating table as a result of your determination to achieve pay justice and the threat of you taking industrial action assisted this campaign. I would therefore also thank you and your colleagues for supporting your union throughout this process.
