Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Total votes cast: 254
Number voting "Yes" 9
Number voting "No" 245
Spoilt Papers: 0

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and, noting the overwhelming rejection by you and your colleagues, to advise the company that a dispute situation now exists between our organisations and to prepare a ballot matrix.
