Referring to our previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Number voting "Yes" 6
Number voting "No" 20
Spoilt Papers: 0

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and advised me to inform the company of your rejection of the pay offer. The company are being advised of this and I shall write to you again with details of any further developments that arise in the matter.
