Referring to our previous correspondence, the e-referendum has concluded and the result is as follows:-

Votes Cast: 15
Voting ‘Option One’: 3
Voting Option Two: 0
Reject Both Options: 12

Your National Executive Committee has considered the result and it has instructed that a meeting is to be held to discuss the next steps in fighting for a fair pay offer.
