RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – CHURCHILL (SOUTH EAST TRAINS CONTRACT)

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows: -

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:230

Number of votes cast in the ballot:120

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:114

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:6

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:0

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:230

Number of votes cast in the ballot:120

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:115

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:4

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:1   

 

These results all meet the required thresholds and the National Executive Committee is considering the result. I will keep you advised of further developments.
