RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – DHL PRUDHOE

 

The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company pay offer has now concluded, and the results are as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

 

Total votes cast:30

Number voting ‘Yes’:22

Number voting ‘No’:8

 

The final offer which was subject to this referendum was as follows:

 

An increase of 4.5% on all pay rates for Warehouse Operatives, effective from the July 2022 anniversary.

 

Your Union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result of the referendum and has instructed me to notify the company of our acceptance. It has been requested that this increase is implemented at the earliest opportunity.
