RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – HULL TRAINS
The referendum of RMT members at Hull Trains with regards to the revised and improved pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

Number voting YES 24
Number voting NO 0
To remind you, the details of the revised offer was as follows:
• A 5% pensionable pay award, backdated to 1 April 2022
• A further 5% pensionable pay award, effective from 1 April 2023
• A commitment from RMT to enter into meaningful productivity talks
I have notified the company of your acceptance and asked that the new pay rates be implemented as soon as possible.
This has been a long-running dispute between RMT and Hull Trains and it is only through the determination of you and your colleagues, alongside the diligent work of your union representatives, that has led to such a positive resolution. I would like to convey my thanks to all members at Hull Trains for taking such a united and principled stand in support of your union’s position throughout this dispute.
