Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – Stagecoach South West

Referring to previous correspondence, the e-referenda have now concluded and the results are as follows:

Exeter, Barnstaple & Torbay

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Voting ‘No’ 216

Plymouth, Tavistock & Dartmouth

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Total Votes Cast 71
Voting ‘Yes’ 51
Voting ‘No’ 20

Noting the results, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the pay offer for members in Plymouth, Tavistock and Dartmouth. In respect of members at Exeter, Barnstaple and Torbay, management has been informed of this result and a meeting will be convened with your Representatives to discuss the way forward with this issue.
