Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – Vattenfall

Referring to previous correspondence, the referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Votes Cast 24
Voting YES 2
Voting NO 22

Management has been informed of this result and a meeting has been requested to seek an improved offer. If an improved offer is not forthcoming then the RMT will consider balloting members for industrial action.
