RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – ALSTOM TRANSPORT SERVICES (AVANTI WEST COAST CONTRACT)

 

The referendum of you and your colleagues has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

 

Total votes cast:118

Number voting ‘Yes’:87

Number voting ‘No’:31

 

To clarify, the offer which was subject to this referendum was as follows:

 

An increase of 4% applied to basic rate of pay, effective from 1^st April 2022

A further increase of 3%, effective from 1^st October 2022

 

Your Union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result of the referendum and has instructed me to notify the company of our acceptance.
