RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 - ARRIVA RAIL LONDON 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, I write to advise you that the ballot has now concluded, and the result is as follows:

 

Question: Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                          375

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                            242

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                                  227

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                   13

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                          2                         

Question: Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                          375     

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                            242

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                                  230

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                   10

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                          2

 

The statutory thresholds have both been met in respect of this ballot.  

 

The union’s National Executive Committee is currently considering this result and I shall write to you again shortly.
