RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – ATALIAN SERVEST (ALSTOM AVANTI WEST COAST CONTRACT)

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows: -

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                340              

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                   207

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                        206

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                         1

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:               0

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                340              

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                   207

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                        198

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                         9

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:               0

            

                     

These results all meet the required thresholds and the National Executive Committee is considering the result. I will keep you advised of further developments.
